How easy is it to migrate sites to WPShift?

Migrating to WPShift is straightforward with our Companion plugin. Install it on your existing site and your WordPress install transfers to WPShift in under five minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, WPShift offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You can spin up servers and sites for the full duration before deciding.

How is WPShift different from Ploi.io and Laravel Forge?

WPShift is built specifically for WordPress. Forge and Ploi are excellent for Laravel and generic PHP, but WPShift adds WordPress-aware site creation, plugin/theme management, integrated email, and DNS, without a learning curve for non-developers.

Can I create and manage email addresses for my domain?

Yes. Create professional inboxes per domain straight from the dashboard. Personal plan addresses ship with 100 MB; Professional and Agency with 500 MB. Top-ups are €0.50/month per 500 MB block.

Can I use WPShift for non-WordPress sites?

No. WPShift is exclusively tailored for WordPress so we can ship deep integrations like one-click plugin updates, wp-config editing, and WP-CLI access without compromise.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel any time from the billing screen. We do not generally issue refunds, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
